Account Executive

A career with Boson Training provides you the opportunity to sell the most desirable IT certification preparation classes offered. The Account Executive position is responsible for acquiring new business and growing existing business. The successful candidate will have the skills needed to work with potential clients from the prospecting stage all the way to closing.

Assume total responsibility for your accounts. Use your critical thinking skills, initiative, and self-motivation to ensure your success by creating and closing new market share opportunities and renewing and maintaining existing relationships.

Boson prefers a degree in business, communications, marketing or other related discipline; however, equivalent experience in the field may be considered. Experience within the IT training industry and/or IT certification process would be helpful. Schedule flexibility and extended work hours to be expected. Minimal overnight travel to customer locations or industry events may be required.

Customer Service Associate

Work with the industry leader in the IT certification preparation business. Our support team responds to all customer inquiries about the purchase and use of Boson Software products. Demonstrate your excellent service skills by helping to increase our sales and maximize satisfaction for our international software users.

Our preferred candidate has a degree in IT, business, communications, marketing or other related discipline. One to two years of practical work experience is expected. Experience with computer-based training applications, help desk, networking and/or the IT certification process would be helpful.
